The character of Sawyer was originally supposed to be an older, suave, suit-wearing, inner-city con man from Buffalo, NY. However, when Josh Holloway forgot a line in his audition and then slammed his chair down in frustration and cursed loudly, the writers liked the edge he brought to Sawyer’s character and decided to write Sawyer as a more Southern, darker drifter.. Jin and Sun are married and share the last name "Kwon", which becomes a major plot point in the final season.

This is a really good show with very good writers. There are many subplots that keep you interested and waiting for next week for more answers to the many growing mysteries surrounding the island where a group of plane crash survivors crash. I also like how the writers delve into the history of each main character, which makes them more interesting to the viewer.

This looks like it’s going to be a hit

There’s a lot of mysterious goings-on on the island and a lot of drama between the characters in the show. It’s great to have TV that doesn’t involve criminals, cops, lawyers, or doctors!
